Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Longer hours/parents night out can be requested in advance.
Late pick-ups: We cannot accommodate unplanned late pick-ups.

DEPOSIT
At the time of enrollment, two weeks non-refundable. Enrollment deposit payment must be made to be held as payment against your last month of enrollment and must be submitted with your enrollment forms. This deposit will be put towards your last month of childcare when the time comes. One month notice must be given by parent to the provider if child(ren) will be leaving daycare. Please note: The deposit is non refundable, if for any reason your child does not begin daycare when stated above or within 2 days of the date above, your deposit will not be refunded. If you decide not to enroll your child with us for any reason there will be no refund, as we have been holding this spot for your child.
PAYMENT
Payment for services is to be paid every Monday morning prior to care for the upcoming week. Missed hours are paid in full. Provider keeps records of all payments for daycare and will provide parent with an end of the year statement. If parent requires a weekly receipt please let provider know. Parent must keep provider updated with any address, employment, phone number, and emergency contact information changes.
MEALS
Hot, organic, home made meals are provided everyday. Please make us aware of any special dietary needs your child might have. Infants will be fed according to the parental instruction and individual schedule.
